Ticket Purchase and Event Attendance Terms

1. General Provisions

These terms govern the rules for purchasing tickets for events organised by Good Life Company, s.r.o., Company ID: 02802970, registered office at Na Folimance 2155/15, Prague 2, 120 00 (hereinafter referred to as “GLC”), and attendance at such events. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Ticket Sales

Tickets are sold through selected authorised vendors who may have their own purchase terms and conditions. Please ensure that you are familiar with their rules, including ticket return policies and any applicable fees. Ticket prices may be dynamic and subject to change.

The resale of tickets is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the ticket vendor. Holders of resold tickets purchased outside the official presale will not be granted entry to the venue, and refunds will not be possible.

What does a restricted view or side view mean? A restricted or side view means that from the indicated seats, you may not see the entire stage. Your view may be partially obstructed due to seat positioning or by objects such as pillars, stage structures, speakers, or sound desks.

3. Event Changes and Cancellations

GLC reserves the right to modify event programmes, venues, or times due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, health measures, or decisions by performers. In case of cancellation or rescheduling, we will inform customers and provide options for refunds or ticket exchanges.

4. Visitor Rights and Responsibilities

Each visitor must follow the event rules and comply with the organiser’s instructions. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who fail to comply or behave inappropriately, without any entitlement to a refund.

5. Refunds and Complaints

Refunds or complaints will be handled in accordance with the policies of the respective ticket vendor and venue. Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe and in compliance with applicable regulations. In the event of a cancellation, we provide a full refund of the ticket price.

Complaints concerning event organisation or conduct must be made immediately and directly on-site. This allows us to address issues promptly. Complaints submitted afterwards, outside the event time or location, may not be accepted.

6. Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and other applicable laws. More information can be found in the Privacy Policy section.

7. Liability

GLC is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during events. We recommend checking event-specific information, which may include special measures, especially regarding security checks or restrictions on bringing certain items.

8. Age Restrictions and Children’s Entry

Entry to GLC events is permitted for persons under 15 years of age only when accompanied by an adult. Children under 5 years of age are not allowed entry unless otherwise specified. This measure is in place for the safety of all visitors and the nature of the events. GLC reserves the right to request proof of age at the entrance. All attendees (including children) must hold a valid ticket.

9. Tickets for Holders of Disability Cards (Wheelchair Users)

To ensure comfortable access to events, we recommend that holders of disability cards (wheelchair users) contact authorised ticket vendors.

10. Prohibited Items

To ensure the safety of all visitors, certain items are prohibited at events. The list may vary depending on the nature and security requirements of each event. Generally prohibited items include:

weapons of any kind (including knives and other sharp objects),
pyrotechnics, flammable materials, and other hazardous substances,
alcohol, drugs, and other intoxicating substances,
glass bottles, cans, and other potentially dangerous containers,
laser pointers, professional cameras with detachable lenses, selfie sticks, and drones,
large bags or objects that could obstruct walkways or pose safety risks to others.

Additional or different restrictions may apply to individual events. The organiser reserves the right to inspect bags and require the removal of prohibited items before entry. Visitors who refuse to cooperate with security checks may be denied entry without a refund.

11. Responsibility for Health Conditions

GLC is not responsible for any health complications that may arise during or as a result of the event. Visitors are advised to consider their health condition before attending and to consult a doctor if necessary, particularly for events involving high noise levels, intense lighting, or physical demands.

12. Marketing Use of the Event or Ticket

Without the organiser’s explicit written consent, the buyer or ticket holder may not use the ticket or any part of it for promotional purposes (including competitions or consumer lotteries) related to themselves, other persons, products, or services, for any commercial or other purpose. Purchasing a ticket does not entitle anyone to use the event or organiser’s brand for marketing purposes without prior consent.

In case of violation of this provision, the ticket may be cancelled without refund. The organiser reserves the right to claim compensation for damages or unjust enrichment, including legal and court costs.

13. Competitions

If you enter any competition organised by us, we will process your personal data necessary for participation, winner selection, and prize delivery. This includes your name and surname or social media username, e-mail, phone number, and postal address. By entering the competition, you agree to its terms and to the processing of your personal data. If you withdraw your consent during the competition, participation will no longer be possible. Your data will be stored for the duration of the competition or as long as necessary to deliver the prize (e.g. ticket mailing or name verification on the guest list at the event).

14. Consent to Recording and Use of Event Footage

By entering an event organised by Good Life Company, s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”), visitors acknowledge and agree that they may be captured in photographs, video recordings, or other visual materials taken during the event. The Organiser and its contractual partners (e.g. sponsors) may reasonably use these materials free of charge for promotional or commercial purposes connected to the organiser’s events and their presentation.

Visitors retain all rights arising from applicable legislation, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.
