We operate the website www.czechdartsopen.cz
To provide our services and operate our website, we process certain personal data.
The processing of personal data is primarily governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR”).
I. Processing of Personal Data
1. Processing of personal data when using forms (contact, competition, etc.)
If you contact us through forms, we will process the contact details you provide. These include:
- Name and surname
- Address
- Phone number
Why?
We will contact you to discuss your enquiries, competitions, accreditations, goods, or services.
On what legal basis?
Processing takes place under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiations prior to entering into a contract or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
How long will we process personal data?
If no further cooperation is established, we will retain your data for a maximum of 48 months from the last communication.
2. Processing of personal data in case of purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will process the data you provide, in particular:
- Name and surname
- Address
- Phone number
Why?
We need this information to fulfil the contract – to deliver goods or services and to communicate regarding your order, complaints, or enquiries.
We also process personal data to meet legal obligations (accounting, taxation, complaints, etc.).
On what legal basis?
– Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract
– Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation
How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of the service provision and subsequently for 48 months after delivery of the goods or services.
3. Newsletters (commercial communication)
If you are our customer and did not opt out of receiving newsletters at the time of purchase, we will send you news and updates via e-mail.
On what legal basis?
Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, allows us to do so.
How long will we process personal data?
For a period of 4 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the e-mail or by writing to info@czechdartsopen.cz.
II. Who Can Access Your Data
Your data remains with us.
However, to operate the website, we work with several companies that help us with technical and operational support. These include:
- FIRA Media s.r.o., Štrossova 1033, Pardubice 530 03 (website developer and content management)
- Hosting service provider
We process your personal data only within the territory of the European Union.
III. Additional Information
Our company does not have a designated Data Protection Officer.
There is also no automated decision-making or profiling.
